After receiving her Bachelor of Architecture from University of Southern California, Joyce is now pursuing a Master in Design Studies in Real Estate and the Built Environment at Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Ultimately, all architecture becomes a part of real estate development. By pursuing a Master’s degree in real estate development, she hopes to gain a better understanding in real estate finance to see how good designs can increase value to a property and gain a greater control of future projects by understanding how developers think.

Aside from her studies, Joyce is an active member of the Harvard Dudley House Orchestra. Previously, she was a member of the USC Concert Orchestra.
